This family-friendly space promises to deliver unforgettable evenings filled with soulful sounds, local flavor, and fun for all ages.
Kicking off with an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Grand Opening on October 17, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., The Lyric at Esther’s will host weekly concerts showcasing a diverse lineup of talent, from rising local artists to regional and national touring acts. This modern venue is designed to spotlight emerging musicians, offering them the chance to share the stage with headliners and gain valuable exposure in front of enthusiastic crowds.
“The Lyric at Esther’s is more than a venue—it’s a celebration of Prattville’s rich musical heritage and a platform for the next generation of artists,” said Mayor Bill Gillespie, Jr. “From the legendary sounds of Wilson Pickett, Hank Williams Sr., Big Mama Thornton, Nat King Cole, and Clarence Carter to today’s fresh voices in soul, country, blues, gospel, and jazz, we’re thrilled to honor our region’s musical roots while fostering new talent. This venue will bring our community together and spark economic and cultural vitality in downtown Prattville.”
Beyond the music, The Lyric at Esther’s offers something for everyone. Guests can savor a rotating selection of food trucks, enjoy family-friendly games, and catch movies, sporting events, and special programming on multiple tv’s and a large outdoor screen. It’s the perfect destination for a family outing, night out with friends, or a memorable date night.
